DECLAMATION COMPETITION

A declamation competition was organized by the B.E.S.T. Club of DAV Public School Pushpanjali Enclave. It included a mentoring session for students and then they were given a platform to express their views on Air Pollution, its consequences and their steps to curb it!
The students from classes 2 to 8 were mentored by students of the B.E.S.T. Club and were sensitized on the ever-increasing need to act on it.
OUTCOMES
The event was a massive success. We saw overwhelming participation from all the students. Even those from smaller grades were excited and gave it their best to understand the issue of Air Pollution and why do we need to control and curb it. We saw instrumental input from our students in the debate who put forth valuable points of views and courses of action. Their audacity and drive to explore those issues to such a deep level were commendable. The discussion also manifested its constructive attribute when the students interacted with the audience as well and justified their points of views during cross-questioning. Conclusively, it was a new experience for the students and they cherished it with all their will.
